10. File Manager

Folder Category Listings screen

Fields:

Folder Category Name – displays the name of folder category. There is a direct link for each folder category and you can edit the folder category by clicking on to the its name.

Publish – makes the folder categories to be available to be used by checking on the checkboxes and then clicks on publish button

Filter:

By folder category name

Actions:

(1) New – creates a new folder category

(2) Edit – chooses a specific folder category by checking on checkbox and then admin can edit it

(3) Delete – deletes some folder categories by checking on checkboxes and click on “Delete” button

(4) Publish – makes the folder categories to be available to assignment and used within redMEMBER in batch

(5) Unpublish - makes the folder categories to be not available to assignment and used within redMEMBER in batch

Folder Category Details screen

Fields:

Folder Category Name – Enters the name of folder category

Publish – makes the folder to be available to be used or not

Language – chooses the language

Description - inputs description of the folder category


Actions:

(1) Save – saves any changes made

(2) Save & Close – saves any changes made and redirects to folder category listings screen

(3) Cancel – redirects to folder category listings screen

Folder Listings screen

Fields:

Folder Category Name - displays all folders which belong to specific folder category that you chose on the list box

Folder Display Name – displays the names of folders

Folder Category Name – displays the name of the category which the folders belong to

Access Level – shows the groups who can access the folders

Frontend Upload – chooses whether the folders to be uploaded on frontend or not

Upload Access – displays the groups who can upload the folders

Publish – shows if the folders are available to be assignment or use within redMEMBER in batch.

Language – displays the language used in the folders

Filter:

By one of all of the above fields in Folder Listings screen

Actions:

(1) New – creates a new folder

(2) Edit – chooses the folder by checking on the checkbox beside it and then you can edit it

(3) Delete – chooses the folders by checking on the checkboxes and then you can remove them

(4) Publish – makes the folders to be available to be assigned or used

(5) Unpublish – make the folders to be not available to be assigned or used

Folder Details screen

Fields:

Folder Name – enters the name of the folder

Folder Display Name – inputs the name of the folder which you want to display

Folder Category Name – selects the folder category that this folder belongs to

Parent Folder – chooses the higher level of this folder

Access Level – chooses user groups who can access to this folder

Language – chooses the language for this folder

Publish – makes this folder to be available for assignment and use within redMEMBER. There are 2 options: Yes, No

Enable Frontend Upload - There are 2 options: Yes, No, which let you set the folder to be able to upload on frontend or not

Upload access level – chooses the group who can upload this folder

Description – writes a description for the folder


Actions:

(1) Save – save any changes made

(2) Save & Close – saves any changes made and redirects to folder listings screen

(3) Cancel – redirects to folder listings screen without saving any changes

File listings screen

Fields:

File Name – displays the name of the file

File Display Name – shows the file name which is used to display

File size – shows the capacity of the file

Download – displays the number of file downloaded

Access Level – display the groups who can access the files


Actions:

(1) Upload: you can upload your own files on your computer to be used in redMEMBER

(2) Edit: chooses a file by checking on checkbox and then you can change file by other one, or can edit its name, its display name, its access level, or so on.

(3) Move: chooses a file by checking on the checkbox next to it and then you can move it from current folder to other folder

(4) Delete – chooses files by checking on checkboxes and then you can remove them

(5) Publish – chooses and makes files to be able to be used

(6) Unpublish – chooses and makes files to be not able to be used

File Details screen

Fields:

File Upload – chooses the file to upload from computer

File Display Name – Fills out the file name that admin wants it to display

Parent Folder – the folder includes the file

Thumbnail – the image of the file

Upload Thumbnail – Uploads thumbnail from computer

Access Level – chooses the groups who can access the file

Language – chooses languages for the file

Publish – makes the file to be available to be assignment and used within redMEMBER. There are 2 options: Yes, No

Description – texts description for the file


Actions:

(1) Save – saves any changes made

(2) Save & Close – saves any changes made and redirects to File Listings screen

(3) Close – redirects to File Listings screen without saving any changes
