Creating and managing catalogs / brochures

Catalogs Listing screen

Fields:
Catalog Name – the name for the catalog
Media – the images and files that makes up the catalog that the customer is sent when they sign up for it; you can click on the media button to open a lightbox where you can add, remove and manage the media associated to this
Published – sets whether this catalog will be available to sign up for, and for those that already have whether it will be sent to them; unpublish to hide the catalog


Actions:
New - takes you to the add catalog screen where you can create a new catalog to offer customers which they can sign up to receive
Edit - takes you to the edit catalog screen where you can modify an existing catalog's details. The screen can be reached either by clicking on the catalog name or clicking on the checkbox next to their name followed by the edit button
Delete - removes the catalog record from the database, this is a permanent delete
Publish - lets you set catalogs to be displayed on the front-end in batch, with either single or multiple catalog records selected for publishing
Unpublish - lets you set catalogs to be disabled and hidden from the front-end in batch, with either single or multiple catalog records selected for unpublishing


Catalog Details screen

Fields:
Catalog Name – sets the name for the catalog
Published - sets whether this catalog will be available to sign up for, and for those that already have whether it will be sent to them; unpublish to hide the catalog

Actions:
Save - saves any changes made and redirects to the listing screen
Cancel - returns to the listing screen without saving any changes

Fields:
Name – the name of the catalog subscriber
Email – the email address of the catalog subscriber
Registrator Date – the date that the subscriber signed up for the catalog
Reminder 1 – indicates whether the first email (using the “Catalog sent mail” mail center template) has yet been sent to the subscriber
Reminder 2 – indicates whether the second email (using the “Catalog first reminder” mail center template) has yet been sent to the subscriber
Reminder 3 – indicates whether the third email (using the “Catalog second reminder” mail center template) has yet been sent to the subscriber
Block – (notes soon)

Actions:
Delete - removes the record of the catalog request and all related details from the database, this is a permanent delete
Publish - lets you set catalog requests to be active in batch, with either single or multiple request records selected for publishing
Unpublish - lets you disable and disregard catalog requests in batch, with either single or multiple request records selected for unpublishing
