Overview of Stockroom Listing screen

Fields:
Stockroom Name - the name for the stockroom that is managing stock levels for certain products
Minimum Delivery Time - the minimum number of days or weeks that the customer should expect to wait for their order to be delivered
Maximum Delivery Time - the maximum number of days or weeks that the customer should expect to wait for their order to be delivered
Published - sets whether the stockroom is active and managing stock levels
Show in Frontend - sets whether the stockroom and the details of the products being managed within are accessible and displayed on the frontend

Filters:
By field title - to help look for specific stockrooms quicker, you can type in all or part of the stockroom name, then press Enter to update the list with the relevant stockrooms


Actions:
Inventory - redirects to the "inventory for all stockrooms" screen
New - takes you to the add stockroom screen where you can create a new stockroom to manage products
Edit - takes you to the edit stockroom screen where you can modify an existing stockroom's details. The screen can be reached either by clicking on the stockroom name or clicking on the checkbox next to their name followed by the edit button
Copy - lets you duplicate a stockroom, simply check the checkboxes next to the names of the stockrooms that should be duplicated and click on copy
Delete - removes the stockroom and the stock level details of all the products being managed within from the database, this is a permanent delete
Publish - lets you set stockroom to be active and managing stock levels in batch, with either single or multiple stockroom records selected for publishing
Unpublish - lets you disable stockrooms in batch from managing stock levels, with either single or multiple stockroom records selected for unpublishing


Creating and managing stockrooms

"Stockroom Information" tab:
Name - the name for the stockroom that is managing stock levels for certain products
Container Start Date - the date that the container carrying the products (calendar*replace)
Delivery Time in - sets whether the numbers for the delivery times should be considered days or weeks; this has an effect on the estimated delivery time that customers are notified about as they place their orders (Days, Weeks)
Minimum Delivery Time - sets the minimum number of days or weeks that the customer should expect to wait for their order to be delivered
Maximum Delivery Time - sets the maximum number of days or weeks that the customer should expect to wait for their order to be delivered
Show in Frontend - sets whether the details of this stockroom should be shown on the front-end (Available options: Yes, No)
Published - sets whether the stockroom is active and managing stock levels (Available options: Yes, No)
Description - a space to put in a description for this stockroom, its purpose or more about the types of products managed by it for example (HTML)


"Stockroom Container Product" tab:
'Container Source - an Ajax-powered input box from where you can look up products to add to; type at least three characters that appear in the name of the product you're looking for and wait a moment for a drop-down panel with related search results to appear, then click on the name of the product to select it.
Stockroom Container Product - a list of all the products that this stockroom is managing that are also being replenished by the stock in this container, and two buttons to manage them: the -> button will add a product to the list and the <- button will remove it.



Actions:
Add Container link - opens a lightbox where you can create a new container that this stockroom will be supplied by; you can enter the details of the new container and the average period of time it will take for it to be delivered, as well as the products that are coming in that container
Apply - saves any changes made and refreshes the page
Save - saves any changes made and redirects to the listing screen
Cancel - returns to the listing screen without saving any changes
