Assigning and managing stock levels

Fields:
Product SKU - the number of the product
Product Name - the name of the product
Default - displays the current stock level and allows you to modify it manually; you can make multiple stock level updates and click on the "Save" diskette icon to save the updates
Default Preorder Stock - displays the current total pre-order stock required for each product and allows you to modify it manually; you can make multiple stock level updates and click on the "Save" diskette icon to save the updates


Filters:
Search by - sets whether the search terms in the "Search filter" should return results based on the product name or the product number
Search filter - to bring up an inventory listing based on products with a specific name or number, type in all or part of the name or number you're looking for and press Enter on the keyboard; the list will update
Category - updates the inventory listing to display products in a specific category
Product filter - updates the inventory listing to display products or attributes and subattributes that are acting as products with separate SKUs; attribute listings will have two extra columns displayed, "Virtual product number" (which displays any product number the attribute may have been assigned) and "attribute value" (which displays the name of the product, as it appears in the attributes portion of the product page where customers can customize their order). (Product, Attribute value, Subattribute value)


Actions:
Export Data - generates a CSV File with a stockroom product inventory list; the types of data export include the Stockroom ID and name, the product names and SKUs, quantities and total volume (measured in M3)
Print Data - opens a new window with a printer-friendly version of the inventory listing with the products currently being displayed
