redSOCIALSTREAM:Setting up Profiles
For each of the services
we can create a profile which is used for showing the incoming social feeds within our own website.
This page will describe in detail how to setup a Profile for each of these Social medias.
For Facebook the 'Profilename' is the name you also see as part of the URL .com/THIS-PART
In the screenshot above we chosen to enter the profile for our redCOMPONENT Facebook account, and the 'Profilename' entered here is 'redCOMPONENT'.
In the screenshot below we have marked where you see this displayname as part of the URL.
For Twitter the 'Profilename' is the name you also see as the last part of the URL .com/THIS-PART, which is similar to the @THISNICK without the leading @.
You can see from the screenshot above where we use our @redCOMPONENTxl8 twitter account as an example that we in 'Profilename' have entered 'redCOMPONENTxl8'.
In the screenshot below you can see we highlighted this displayname that is used.
For LinkedIn the 'Profilename' is a little different that the other display names. With LinkedIn it is the actual display name, which isn´t part of the URL at linkedIn.com. In the screenshot above you can see 'Profilename' filled with lowercase letters and a - for the space.
Below you can see how this display name is shown at LinkedIn.com in leading uppercase letters and a space between name and last name.
Similar to all the other profile types, again you enter the details that are specific for this social media.
For YouTube the 'Profilename' is the name you also see as the last part of the URL .com/THIS-PART You can see from the screenshot above that in this example we choose the Official Joomla YouTube Channel, and the 'Profilename' here is 'joomla'. In the screenshot below you can see 'joomla' is the last part of the URL.
